DELIVERY

UPDATE 28th August 2020

Unfortunately due to team brewing this coming week, we won't be available to deliver any online orders until the Friday 11th September.
We’re so sorry for any inconvenience!

However the bar will still be open for pick-up & take out.

PICKUP ORDERS:
Orders placed before 5pm Thursdays can be picked up at the bar on Friday the same week. Orders placed after 5pm Thursday, will be available the following Friday.
Please bring your confirmation email and valid photo ID.
Due to the Covid-19, we are restricting hours, to pickup on Friday's only between 12pm-3pm.
To maintain social distance, we're happy bring out to your car. Just call 01604 637025 upon arrival.

**COVID-19 UPDATE:
We're all keeping our eyes closely on the news for the latest advice related to Covid-19, and we know that the situation is ever-changing. At the moment, we are still taking and fulfilling orders, but some may experience a delay of up to three days.
We do apologies for any inconvenience and if anything changes, we'll keep you posted. Wishing you all the best, keep safe.

Aligning with Government guidelines, we are permitted to open for takeout, under strict supervision and social distancing rules.

RETURNS:
We are a small company so we logistically cannot offer free returns on the boxes of beer due to their heavy weight. If you wish to return items to us the box must be unopened and you will have to pay for delivery to us.

If you would like to return an item, please contact sales[@]maulecollective.com and one of our friendly team will advise.

Due to the nature of our product, all cases are non-refundable unless defective in which we will send a replacement or a refund.
