DELIVERY - 'LOCAL ' (NN1- NN7)
We currently dispatch once a week to arrive on Fridays.
Order cut-off is 5pm Wednesday, so get your orders placed before then!
Orders placed after 5pm Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

RETURNS:
WET PRODUCTS
We are a small company so we logistically cannot offer free returns on the boxes of beer due to their heavy weight. If you wish to return items to us the box must be unopened and you will have to cover the cost for the return delivery to us.

If you would like to return an item, please contact sales[@]maulecollective.com and one of our friendly team members will advise.

Due to the nature of our product, all cases are non-refundable unless defective in which we will send a replacement or a refund.

MERCH:
We hope you enoy your item, but if your item isn’t quite right you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately after this period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and we recommend using a trackable service as we will not accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process. We advise contacting us as soon as possible should you wish to return your item, during busy times it can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails so please take this in to consideration if the 14 days returns policy is close to expiring, as we will be unable to extend it.

How to complete your return:
Please email sales[@]maulecollective.com prior to shipping your item(s,) to obtain a returns code, stating your reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Clothing item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition.
  • Any original packaging, labels and the do not remove tags must all be attached. Without these we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

REFUNDS:

  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 
  • If you have received free shipping, returned items requiring a refund not an exchanged will have our delivery costs deducted from the amount refunded.
  • Once your item has been returned we will notify you via email and if accepted will refund you via your original payment method. This may take between 5-7 working days to clear.

EXCHANGES:
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item you originally bought and wish to return to swap. However we will send out your replacement free of charge to UK customers only.
